Florida
Bama wins 42-21 in a game that wasn't even that close. Bama racked up over 600 yards while giving up only 200 to the Gators. One of Florida's TD was on a fumble return.

Mizzou won 42-13 in the weirdest blowout of the year, statistically speaking. UF actually outgained the Tigers by a wide margin. Mizzou only had 119 yards of offense. But it is hard for an offense to accrue yardage when they had KO, punt, fumble, and interception returns for TDs. But still, 1.1 yards/pass is atrocious and 3.6 yards/carry is average at best.

Texas A&M

Alabama won 59-0 in the beatdown of the year in the SEC. Game was over at the coin toss. Bama amassed 602 yards while the Aggies managed only 172.

Mizzou won 34-27 thanks to an explosive 3rd quarter that saw them score 4 TDs. They, too, approached 600 yards of offense (587) while giving up 341.

Arkansas

Bama won 14-13 in the driving rain and was lucky to do so. Arkansas fumbled at about the 1 foot line going in that would have made things awfully interesting. This was by far Bama's worst offensive performance of the season as they only had 227 yards while giving up 335. It was the 2nd road game in a row where Blake Sims looked lost.

Mizzou won 21-14 just a few days ago with 15 4th quarter points. The Hawgs were trying to play offense with a quarterback missing several important parts of his anatomy and their ineptness on offense led to their defense just getting completely worn down. Mizzou was moving the ball at will by the end of the game. 423 to 288 was the difference in offensive output in favor of Mizzou.

Tennessee

Bama won 34-20 after jumping out to a 27-0 lead. Bama got a little conservative on offense after that and UT inserted He Of No Eyebrows who had some success against a Tide defense that hadn't prepared for a mobile QB. Bama outgained UT 469-383.

Mizzou defeated the lowly Vols 29-21. Mizzou looked like the better team all night, but UT hung around and scored a late TD and was a weird series of onside kicks away from making it really interesting late. The Tigers outgained UT 410-279.

That is all.

TL;DR version: BAMA going in dry.

I think it will be a similar game to the Iron Bowl with less points. Missouri hangs around for a half before Alabama starts pulling away in the 3rd.

All I know is your team fumbled 7 times in 4 games, if Mizzou wins the turnover battle we will make the game competitive.

Missouri will have the best pass rush we have faced all year. This will be a very close game. We aren't putting up 55 pts against them.

Nice work, Jerry.

It's come out that Maty Mauk has been playing with a shoulder injury, which would explain why his numbers have been trending up weekly since the Florida game. And had Jimmie Hunt not dropped two EASY passes you could have added another 50+ to Mauk's yardage against Arky.

Regardless, this game is shaping up great for Missouri.

They'll have to play their most complete game of the season, but it's there to win if they do.

If it's a blowout... it will be Bama. If the Tigers can "ugly" the game up and win the turnover battle, this could be a very interesting game..
