I remember 2003, too. Spurs won the championship that year in David Robinson's final season.

Now, remind me what A&M did most recently against OU? Can't recall, but I'm sure you have that info readily at hand

Congratulations. You achieved those all-time stats while beating up on the likes of Baylor, Houston, Rice, SMU, TCU, Texas Tech, Colorado, Iowa State, and Kansas. I'm sure the rest of our SEC compadres would've been cool with beating up on bottom feeders for the better part of a century.

Uh... SC paid this guy, Reggie Bush (and God knows who else), a lot of money to play there, so they cheated, and their Rose Bowl "championship" was forfeited.

I was there in '03.

77-0 was no different than any other extreme arse-whipping, in that one team quit and the other could have picked their score. This wasn't two teams giving their best shot.

Stoops knew he need to keep a&m down in order to succeed, and he poured it on our asses regularly when we were bad. Thankfully(?) he called off the dogs late in the 3rd at 77-0.

A lot of demons exorcised in the 2012/13 cotton bowl.

Note: a&m beat oklahoma in '02 and coulda-woulda-shoulda beat them in '04.

Rice and TCU were no different than Kentucky and Vanderbilt. Houston was Ole Miss. Baylor, SMU, and Tech were better (than Ole Miss).

Baylor was bad. We beat them something like 73-10 in '03.

Yeah they hit a major skid when the Big 12 was formed. They were rebuilding and maybe had a new coach. Some real bad timing. I don't remember all the details. But they couldn't win at all in football and then one of their basketball players shot another one of their basketball players... Winning the women's basketball natty was a big redemption for them. Things were looking real real bad for their athletics for a good while.

But when you look at Baylor football during their tenure in the SWC they were at least as good as Ole Miss has been (with the exception of Ole Miss' run from 1959-61). In fact I remember seeing some stats around 1999 that showed that Baylor had allowed the all time fewest points per game of any D1 college football program period.

That 02 A&M game pissed me off big time, that QB absolutely lit up the OU secondary.

The money we just spent on our football stadium is within $100M of your entire university endowment.

If OM is so great why did you take it up the butt from TCU and beg for more?

OM laid down for a team that is 0-25 in it's last 25 games against the Texas Aggies.

ROFL

77-0, 59-0

Offensive juggernauts.

Defensive beasts.
