Small Greek life. Correct, no doubt, and I don't mind one bit. It's changing though, oh well.
Weird, culty traditions. Well, if that's criteria used to judge, then we wouldn't fit in anywhere. SEC schools have more of these "traditions" than any other place.
Waffle House. Extremely important, and a true gold mind. I bet we get one soon. At least we have a Cracker Barrel.

I know, I just wanted the chance to use tu in a sentence. He was trying to say it's ok for A&M to be conservative and closed as Texas is liberal and closed. I get it, I just like being the guy who acts like it is worse to be conservative.

No not what I was saying at all. I was saying that you claim Texas A&M isn't diversified because it is conservative, yet people in general think that t.u. is diversified yet if you are a conservative you are largely in the minority.
My point is that conservative vs liberal is not the definition of being diversified. A&M is an extremely diverse University with strong conservative leanings.

Dammit. First of all, I was trolling just to get you ruffled. Secondly, I know the definition of diversity. I was only using the conservative bit because you gave it to me. A&M has its fair share of non-whites and exchange students. Move along.

I know this is a slight troll debate but this point is something that really rustles my jimmies, and I fully agree with you.
When people say conservative their subconscious bias assumes affluent WASP (white anglo-saxon protestant), while the same bias projects diversity of race and ideas for liberals. Politics do not equate into diversity or lack thereof.

That was exactly the argument I was trying to troll with. It amazes me how that line of thought is justified with some people.
