In public? Really? I would think the restaurant/bar wouldn't be able to sell if the alcohol was going to a minor in any way. Wouldn't they lose their license?

A lot of places have a policy against serving minors even if they have a parent present, but it is not against the law in Texas so they are free to do so. The tough part is proving that you are the kids parent or guardian which is why many places won't take the chance.

Really.....
When my sons were 14-15, my wife and I ordered a beer with our meals and poured them half. It was no big deal to the restaurant at all.

Both boys grew up without the teen fantasy about alcohol, how to be responsible, and neither drink a six pack a year now.
I'm sure some communities have different policies, but that's my experience.

Asked who is President, he answered Bush. The only crime this young man is guilty of is not acknowledging the current occupant's qualifications for the office. He probably said his name was Kenny, not Kennedy. For engaging in civil disobedience, he ends up jailed and fined on a trumped up charge.

What we've got here is a political prisoner. Eugene Debs, Henry David Thoreau, Jerry Rubin, Abbie Hoffman. Add Kenny Hill to that list. Notify Amnesty International.

I sense a conspiracy to attempt takeover control of the Fulmer Cup in the west and everyone knows it belongs in the east.

That is some serious Fark Board material right there. Especially if he were to win the starting job.

I'm a little disappointed in his teammates, who didn't drag his drunk arse home.

I know I shouldn't laugh ... but the fact that he kicked off his shoes for his little siesta cracks my shite up. He looks so peaceful--like he's supposed to be there.
