Bama's 2 INTs were gift wrapped (especially the 2nd one), and LSU's were both spectacular plays by the LSU defenders.

LSU played a better game, hard to argue that. But just to clarify your logic here, one reason your "team" is better is because your qb's threw easy picks??? Dude, that's just stupid.

By the way, Claiborne and Barron's picks were almost identical.

One of the very strange things about the collective Bama reaction to the loss is that they seem to find solace in the belief that they were the better team.

That seems arse-backwards to me. If you think you were clearly the better team and still lost in what was clearly the biggest game of the year in what was clearly the best game environment possible at Alabama you should be absolutely devastated.

Instead the magnitude of the debacle seems to ease the pain for them.

The truth is that they don't rally believe that they were the better team and instead are simply in denial.

Claiborne picked the ball out of the sky near the sidelines. It was headed straight to one of your receivers who was ready to catch it. Wasn't even Claiborne's man.

Barron had a rocket thrown into his chest. He would have had to try NOT to catch it.

I just wish some LSU fans would say nothing.

Dre got cheap-shotted by Mathieu. No objective person can say otherwise.

Whatever dude. Take your moral conundrum BS to one of the other million threads about it.

He held & got called. Dre fell and hit his head on the ground. It wasn't a cheap shot.

Because when I want to obscurely hold a player, I always go around the neck and spin the individual around.

FIFY.

You're right. He should have been called for spinning by the shoulderpads.

TR's only big plays (with the exception of 1 or 2 pretty strong runs) were on blown coverages and dump-off passes. Other than that, LSU's D shut him the frick down. That's saying a lot, given he's probably the best back to play CFB in the last 10+ years (IMO).
