I know nothing about Phillips or Caldwell, haven't seen either team play so ranking them would be kind of pointless.

Saban
Meyer
Petrino
Spurrier
Chizik
Miles
Nutt
Mullen
Dooley
Richt

Whatever accomplishments Richt has get completely swept away by the absurdly incompetent job he's done the last few years. Georgia brings in tons of talent every year. Not sure why he still has his job. We can laugh at Miles all we want (and I think he's mediocre at best) but while they've been big time underachievers lately its not like he's had a complete disaster like Richt is having.

and recruited outstanding so far..
Auburn has pulled in 1 great class. LSU/Bama/UF consistently pull in classes like that EVERY year. Auburn needs top 5 classes 3 or 4 years in a row before they will have the talent that UF/Bama/LSU have.

Our enrolled recruiting rankings over the last 4 years on Rivals have been:
2007 - #4
2008 - #10
2009 - #2
2010 - #4
Current Class:
2011 - #3

Florida's has been:
2007 - #1
2008 - #3
2009 - #10
2010 - #2
Current Class:
2011 - #9

Bama's has been:
2007 - #10
2008 - #1
2009 - #1
2010 - #5
Current Class:
2011 - #2

Auburn's has been:
2007 - #7
2008 - #20
2009 - #19
2010 - #6
Current Class:
2011 - #16

Usually a team will need their top 50 players to get through a season. These are the guys that will play and letter on the football team. Players 23-50 will provide the depth and special teams play that come into play in late season conference games and close games. While I think Auburn has a starting 22 good enough to compete with anyone, you still don't have 23-50 to compete for a championship. JMHO.

Ok so with all that talent why can't you pass for over 100 yards a game?

And Chizik has only had 1 full recruiting period. Why are you comparing him to several years of recruiting?

The Miami Dolphins would disagree.

In all fairness the current class is only Chizik's second class at Auburn that he has been in control of...therefore this is only the second year we have had a HC that is focused on recruiting....

This was from Rivals this summer. If Kiffin had stayed he was a Vol.

And that was the first full class Chizik has had. He hasn't been there as long as Saban, Miles, Meyer, etc..

And as far as us being 16th right now, we haven't landed many of our talented players yet.
