I don't really understand that POV that Auburn should have retained Chiz after the 3-9 season.

Not that Malzahn is seeming any better right now.

Auburn could have gone 4-8 last year. They only beat Louisville because of a 90 yard fumble return. Practically a 14 point swing. That's not to mention the lucky win over Jax State.

I don't think Gus will ever lose a team like Chiz did in 2012. Say what you want about Auburn & Gus but we weve been competitive in every game hes coached outside of except LSU last year & UGA 2014. There was a good bit of games in 09, 11, & obviously 2012 that Auburn wasn't competitive under Chiz.

Basically 9 of Auburns games LY could have gone either way. So if you're going to say AU could have gone 4-8 you've got to say we could have went 11-1 to

Do you know what production means?

For instance:

You are losing 4/5 top 5 tackle leaders and well over 60% of the tackle production from last year.

You are losing 7 of your 14 interceptions and 31 of your 54 passes defended.

You are losing 29.5/55.5 of your TFL and 11 of your 19 sacks.

That is what losing production means.

First time seeing the Mom Jeans and I spit a drink on my screen.

Chiz was bad before he got there and he had Cam and Gus to make him shine then went to shite and has stayed there and let a team get away from him. Gus has been successful at every level so he will get there again. Auburn fans just need to wait on it. Another fired coach will make it take 3 times as long to recover if anyone will come.

I do and I'm still waiting on those hard numbers. Did the 6 starters leaving account for more than 50% of the tackles, TFLs, sacks, QB pressures, defended passes, LOS tips, INTs, etc.? Did one of them individually account for the most of their respective position? Yeah, I know what it means. I also know that just because you say it's so doesn't make it true.

Yes, its not just starters either. In total these are your losses:

You are losing 4/5 top 5 tackle leaders and well over 60% of the tackle production from last year.

You are losing 7 of your 14 interceptions and 31 of your 54 passes defended.

You are losing 29.5/55.5 of your TFL and 11 of your 19 sacks.

They both will have one thing in common at the end of this year. They will have both been fired from Auburn.

Why do bama fans want Malzahn to be fired so bad? Are they threatened by him because his Offense gives them fits?

Haha I'm sorry you're so literal. I'm sure you knew what I was insinuating but now that I posted stats you're calling me out on hyperbole. Are you an attorney, veritas?

No, your entire team was not kicked off and replaced with new players. However, MOST of your production is gone. MOST of your starters are gone. And far more production is gone from your defense than most other teams.

That was the whole point and you know it.

AU this year really wasn't much better than the team that went 3-9

Not even close. Nothing about the two are similar. Go back and compare the scores between the two. Gus has not had to hire private security to tuck the team in at night either.

The SEC was way better in 2012. Alabama, A&M, Florida, Georgia were among the best teams in the country by the end of the year

A UF fan talking about luck last year? How many games did UF pull out of their arse last year? Can't wait for you guys to see how big of a fraud your coach is this year. Lol

Auburn was blown out of almost every game except LSU in 2012. LSU was the only team to really blow them out in 2015. As bad as you guys want Gus to be Chizik 2.0, that's not the reality. He may very well end up getting fired this year or next, but to this point, he has never lost the team the way Chizik did.
