You are correct. The average Aggie wishes we could have overcome the Texas politics and gotten into the SEC many years ago.
FWIW everyone in a leadership position in the TAMU athletic department that wasn't 100% behind the SEC move was run off. Starting with the AD.

sure they do. with me, the jig is up and was shortly after i moved here. let's just say the facts didn't jibe with the bragging i heard. it's an OK place to live but i've been disappointed with many facets of this state. but i'm not knocking texas just stating it like i see it AND y'all are on the way up in football.
