Debatable. Still will be at best 4th in the SEC. Tiger Stadium, Swamp, and BDS are still ahead of you. Sanford and Jordan-Hare probably too.
At the end of the day the alumni base, deep pockets, and new stadium don't affect the product on the field. Texas talent has always been there and will still be raided by other schools. I admire the optimism, but aTm hasn't shown they can win the SEC and Sumlin hasn't proven he can win without a Heisman QB. When he lost Keenum at Houston, they had a losing season, we'll see what happens at aTm with no JFF.
