What are your thoughts on the new SEC centralized replay? If the SEC office was anywhere other than Birmingham, I would think this would be a good idea. Thoughts?

TV central for the SEC is in Charlotte so, unless they hire replay "professionals" from OUTSIDE the SEC foot print...the door remains open for just more SEC/B'ham shenanigans !

I don't think the physical location of the office has any effect on policy.

Don't think it makes any difference. People will just have another excuse for losing.
The SEC office was in bham from 2000 to 2008 also but everybody around here is so young they can't remember 10 years ago.

I don't know Mr. Genro....having bama grads as 2nd in command and former HEAD of scheduling and another bama grad as head of officials...would that possibly lead to "issues" ? One would think you would want to give at least the appearance of a non-bias conference hierarchy ? Just take off the bama shades for one minute and I'm pretty sure an intelligent individual would concur....it was fishy for a long time and now it's just going to be a little fishy ? LOL

The point is....the conference office has made far too many bama hires in the past, and has just recently began recruiting/hiring from from OTHER areas....i.e. a step forward in most peoples minds ! Now it appears they want to go backward again.....everything needed is already in place IN CHARLOTTE....including a fertile ground to hire NON-SEC affiliated personnel !
I know, makes too much sense from behind those crimson shades....nothing to see here, certainly no bias towards any team from any of their own alumni....nope ! LOL
