It really is astounding that this board can turn such a blind eye to anything our opponents do but if Auburn players so much as crack a smile all hell breaks loose.

if you are black, and get offended that is a "you" problem.
this is not a color issue. black people play that card by default. as soon as you get over the color issue, the sooner the perception will go away.
this is a player leading an undefeated team into an SEC Championship game and possibly an NC, and he acts like he is playing street ball. celebrate w/ your teamates, dump gatorade on your coach and go sing your alma mater w/ your student section and fans.....
don't do Cam Newton "look at me" victory laps around every stadium after every win if you want people to take you seriously.

I dont think Cam at all acted 'thug', now an out of control ego maniac...yes, thug, not so much.
Funny, you contrast Zeimba (sp), started 50 motherhumping games

Cam on the other hand, probably gives less than 10 CENTS about AU in all reality, and there is some serious self promoting and man love going on.

I don't expect Newton sees Auburn as anymore than a good time and a business trip to get to the NFL.
Probably isn't completely apathetic, but I'm not going to full myself and say he's so in love with the university as to come back next year.

Anyone notice the dude step on Newton's calf near the end of the game, which kind of hampered him a little bit?
Could you imagine if that was Fairley? This board would probably blow up.

I did not see the incident, but if you are going to make the comparison, the guy that stepped on his calf would have to have a history of late hits, retarded celebrations, and dirty play or there is no other reason to talk about it.
Or is it as simple as when you see a dirty play, you are reminded of Fairley? See any pattern?

It was Dareus and yes if it would have been Fairley the board would be in meltdown...Kind of like now after the loss only much worse.
