Frankly, if I were an LSU or UT fan, I'd hate this. I More than any other team in the country, Bama's always going to have a good chance of winning a given game, and this just gives them one more thing to troll people about. Not only do they win, they upset your team. Better to just be the underdog in a game against Bama. That way, you win? you get to brag about the upset. You lose? oh well, you were expected to anyway.
Being favored against Bama is really a no-win proposition.

I expect these lines have a lot to do with Alabama's uncertainty at QB.

I heard Phil Steele on Rusillo & Kannell. His computer spit out 9.6 wins for bama this year. He didn't buy it and adjusted it.

Ok, "according to Vegas" Where can I put down money on this? Is this one of the "vegas insiders" or is this an actual Vegas casino who will give me Bama and points? I wouldn't imagine any casinos are offering point spreads on games this far in the future. You can find over unders on team win totals and national championship odds, but individual games this far out in the future is usually a guy who might be tangentially involved with a casino who is making his own odds that do not and can not reflect on a casinos ability to take said bets.

I actually thought the line was Alabama -1 at kickoff. I know UGA opened as favorites and was favored for most of the week.
