No divisions, cake walk schedules for Clemson/FSU/Miami/other each year to try to guarantee a play off spot for the conference it appears to be more likely to me.

Well Swofford specifically mentions maintaining divisions. Or at least he did in the first article I read.

If this does happen, there would not be a need for an 8 team playoff. The Conference Championships will be the Quarter Finals for the NC. This would prevent the SEC from getting two teams in the Playoff.
