Our football team may be frustrating as hell but we do bring in the dollar bills.
A&M raises $2.3 Billion in first year of 5 year goal to raise $4 Billion
And that's with oil prices still sucking. We definitely need to up the slush fund for recruits with some of that cash.

I believe he is referring to money we are making (that's what revenue means) due to the stadium being finished. Football money.
