Such a Georgia way to lose...choke away the lead and then get to the line with a chance to win/tie but OH WAIT the clock didn't start and we actually used more time than that.

lol I give up on this team

Why not stop the clock every last possession if there are no repercussions? I mean what are we supposed to do there?

Should've reset the clock to the last inbound and replay it

This. Should've just started that whole sequence over. That's the fairest thing to do.

Well, that was a Charlie Foxtrot. I thought State was the only Bulldogs stuff like that happened to.

And the clock still isn't running thanks to the Aggie clock operator.

What was Georgia supposed to do?

When you see time on the clock you keep going. What's to stop every clock operater from doing this in the same scenario every time? We fricking choked but that was a god damn screw job.

I've got a feeling we might be the very lucky recipients of a rule change that will not help us at all but will help the next team that gets royally fricked

Yeah they should have let Georgia inbound the ball with 5.6 seconds left, the refs just really fricked that up. A&M would have been getting screwed if Georgia got to shoot free throws though. Instead of calling the game, Georgia should have had the ball. When clock malfunctions happen they stop the game and put the correct time back on the clock, should have been the same situation here even though nobody noticed it until it was too late.

They were using a stop watch to show the game should be over, why the frick would they do that at the end of the game if you don't do that during the game? It's like they made up their own rule on the spot and decided the game over it.

It's a joke going back 11 years. #6 texas came into Reed Arena to play A&M. With the game tied at 43 with just over 30 seconds left, guard P.J. Tucker literally dribbled the slot clock out because he wasn't paying attention.

6 seconds later, Acie Law hits a 25 foot 3 pointer to give A&M a 46-43 win.

I think, by rule, the referees did all they could do.

Like I said, Georgia got screwed. Blame Texas A&M's malfunctioning clock or incompetent clock keeper.

I was wondering how many games I've watched where the clock stops and we go back and fix it.

But in this game the clock stops and it's just game over, sorry. Why?

I legit think by the rules the refs did all they could do. This was on the Aggie clock operator.

Complete garbage though.

If Sankey has any nuts he discounts the game.

Ok, so "you got screwed" the last 5.6 seconds.

What about the stretch between 1:45 (when Robert Williams missed the front end of the 1 and 1) and 0:20 when you blew a 7-point lead and didn't even get the ball out of your own backcourt?
