So you are saying LSU fans are engaged with us in daily 10+ page Chavis threads because they hate how the SEC replaced Arky with us?

I am having trouble connecting the two points.

Most of the hate comes from Aggie delusion and costant thread posting about John

Getting steamrolled 4 straight times has made the obsession unbearable

LSU is big bro and always will be

They are just insecure since we took their best coach

Insecure is an Aggie thing, my friend. But he clearly is the best coach on your staff, there's no hesitation with that. I wonder if he has his sights on that little gig out there on the goat ranch.

Its just something to talk about during the offseason. Once the rubber meets the road, and a pecking order is established, all will be forgotten.

I 100% agree. When A&M beats LSU this year and it is clear to all that a Steele defense is not as good as the Chavis defense was yall will forget this offseason of chest beating VERY quickly.

Yall won't forget where the RA button is when we bump the shite out of threads to remind you.

If he wants to run out the clock running over Aggies on that final drive I don't think anyone can stop him. Good thing for Chavis we will already be up by more than two touchdowns so he doesn't have to deal with anyone melting about his late game performance.

Funny, that is rarely how a Chavis D ever starts against any scheme that features power.

We like Steele, he will actually call and go visit a recruit. But Im sure all of your coaches and their families dont mind the extra travel and workload.
Some of you Aggie boys need to realize that Chavis was a "CYA" hire and both the HC and AD cant sleep hoping he can finally fix that defense and save their a$$.
Most of the LSU fans, think Chavis took advantage of the the administration's naiveté and inexperience to make a quick money grab before he retires.

To be fair Chavis never coached on the team that was the SEC passing yards leader the previous year.

So Les was also naive trying to get Chavis to stay at the last minute?

The last 4 times we played each other, LSU destroyed A&M at the line of scrimmage. Better, more physical players along both lines of scrimmage. If you bring that type player to Tiger Stadium and control the lines of scrimmage this year, you will win the game, regardless of Chavis or Steele. Im not telling you Steele is the answer, I just know Chavis and LSU needed to part ways. I can accept that. Good luck this year.

No not at all, Les did want to keep Chavis, but only at same salary. It was something about the pay and length of deal, where the inexperience and naivete came into play.
