UK schedule smack talk...one thing you can always count from them!

That's the one thing that makes us all suspect that Louisville sucks and deserves no BCS consideration.

Yet you can't deny the truth of it.

You lose Bridgewater after this season, and you start playing in a slightly better conference.

You won't beat the 'Noles, or Clemson, or Boston College, or Pitt, or Syracuse, or Virginia Tech, or Maryland on a regular basis like you beat up on the little sisters of the poor that usually make up your schedule.

UK going 12-0 against any schedule is laughable at best.

We've had a few one loss seasons in a far tougher conference.

Louisville, in the likes of the MVC, as an independent, C-USA, and the Big East, has never had an undefeated season either. Why would anyone think you could actually sustain success in a tougher conference? Good luck in the ACC though.

There was no Metro Conference in football. We were Independent up until C-USA in 1995.

Sorry I edited. And you were in the Missouri Valley as well so you're also incorrect.

The ACC is one of the worst conferences in the country. SEC, B1G, Big 12, and Pac 12 >>>>> ACC

Yeah, the ACC is such a powerhouse conference. Really playing some top notch competition there.

You're talking to a fan of a school that came up with the slogan "Louisville first, Cards forever" also known as #L1C4

I don't think they understand that the ACC is a horrible conference, just like they don't understand that the above is a horrible slogan.

That's even frickin' worse... at least the BE had a winning record vs the SEC in Bowls...

It'll be interesting to see what happens though. They barely eeked by UNC last season, who hasn't won an ACC Championship since the 80s (4 years after UK won their last SEC Championship) with arguably one of the better teams they've had in their history.

Yet they're supposedly going to regularly win the ACC and go to a BCS bowl there? Against Clemson, Florida State, and Virginia Tech?

I thought Slive said not to schedule anymore out of conference games until the scheduling issues have been resolved. Maybe that's the reason?

Writing one school a check to lose a home game and play another school for less money at a neutral site isn't the smart way to run an AD. This is esp true because A&M has Bama in Game 3 and everything depends on that game anyway.

as a fan of watching good games I don't care about that shite.

If we didn't have a BS FCS game I wouldn't care about passing on UL.

But since we do...

It's about doing a 1 game series as opposed to a home/home I'd imagine

its about money, the dallas games are profitable

Would like to see Aggies get a home and home with TCU going. Would make a lot more sense then cancelling a game so we could set up a last minute off campus game with Louisville.

I appreciate the responses, I didn't read all 4 pages and this wasn't a TAMU flame thread. Any team could have been presented the opportunity to play Louisville and their name would have been in this thread.

There are probably 14 SEC teams out there that wish a worthy SEC team was playing Ohio State and Louisville in Week 1 and we shot the hype in the head before it got started.
