trying to claim schools like ULM and ULaLa are equivalent opponents to weasel out of your cancellation fee.

Are.

You.

Kidding?

Let me refresh your memory:

"There was a point that Jake (Delhomme) called a play during a long drive, we broke the huddle and we were running to the line like it was the first play of the game," he said. "I looked across at the A&M players and they were looking at us,

"Just the way their body language read, the fact that they knew we hadn't given up and we were still coming. You could see it in their eyes. I knew right then and there we were going to win that game."

LINK

Final score: Texas A&M Aggies 22, University of Southwestern Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns 29.

And you want to claim that USL wasn't a suitable replacement?

Only aggies could be that bizzare.

Also, it was the fact that LSU refused to pay to cancel that was the real issue.

You don't know the facts. LSU DID pay to cancel the series according to the terms of the contract which stated that a certain amount of money would be required to cancel the series, but that amount would be reduced if a suitable replace team was found. LSU produced the suitable replacement team and paid the reduced amount. the only beef the Aggies had was that they thought they should be paid the full amount because they disagreed that USL was a suitable replacement - and then proceeded to lose to the team they deemed unsuitable. A fricking theater of the absurd you guys run over there.

if Kingsbury is as good as you all think then Tech will be a solid OOC game in 2014-2015. I hate Lubbock but that's a respectable matchup.

yea b/c ULaLa brings the same money and TV possibilities as LSU.

Wait, so you are saying LSU is equal ULaLa? You think that lowly of LSU?

Rutgers is better than any team on your non conference sked.

I think SMU and Rutgers are quite comparable. They play at SMU next year in a conference game as it is.

Rutgers

LMAO????? Really?????? Hey just because they beat your former coach doesn't make them a good football team... Rice would be Rutgers on a bad day.

That was covered by the part of the cancellation fee that LSU paid.

No, USL was probably the better team that year.

Jake Delhomme and Brandon Stokley were on that Cajun team, both of which played in Superbowls. BTW, I have credits on my transcript from USL, so yeah, I claim them too (UNO as well).

But yeah, aggies argue that USL wasn't suitable becuase they actaully beat A&M. I guess this makes sense to people that have spent their whole lives convincing themselves that a loss to Texas is a win.

And look, y'all still have sand in your vaginas over that. You guys really give LSU fans a run for their money in the Whining Sweepstakes. Congrats.

you guys are freaking homers if you think Rice or SMU are better than Rutgers. they won 9 games, SMU and Rice won 7 in a much weaker conference. don't be homers, it's not a good look.

also still haven't heard your OOC in the next few years. still waiting

And Rutgers lost to Kent State and Pitt.

SMU lost to Rice even. They all derped it up last season.

SMU and Rutgers are comparable. They are both not great.

But A&M's OOC in '14-'17 as scheduled is indeed shitty, as of now at least.

The fact that validity of your argument hinges on Rutgers says a lot.

it's the best we have which is still better than yours.

as are tech and TCU.

fact is with your OOC sked you have zero room to talk shite about others, even homers like you should understand that

which makes this thread all the more funny

2014 - one game needed
2015 - four games needed
2016 - three games needed
2017 - three games needed

maybe wait until we fill those out before ripping us?

What fun would that be for our friends from Arkansas and LSU?

We should just play UTSA 4 times a year and be done with it

just surprised you guys seem so offended any one would bash your OOC sked. you obviously haven't been around many off seasons and see how we treat State fans.

uhh no.

the problem is you jumped in here with a bunch of wrong info like an idiot.

you can't drop a game that was never set up to begin with so half your post was wrong from the start.

then it turned out our AD simply misspoke about the Oregon game and you just retitled it as a maybe we dropped them.

your entire OP is wrong.
