Regardless of what sport we excel at we will always be a school. I'm not too sure LSU can say the same thing.

I think A&M is a waking giant in all the sports and will soon fight with Florida for being the top school in the conference in all sports. And then there is football...

A&M is not a basketball school. A&M had one year when it recruited better than its SEC West rivals.
A&M has a very good core of young players with DJ Hogg, Admon Gilder, Tyler Davis, and Kobie Eubanks. It also has two great kids coming next year in JJ Caldwell and Robert Williams (#1 Player in LA). Problem is that A&M's class for next year is currently ranked behind MSU, Auburn, and Arkansas in the West and UK in the East.

Avg would be ok if we were deep, but we aren't. Alex Robinson and Elija Thomas transferred. We will also lose Collins, Caruso, House, and Jones at a minimum. That is 6 open roster spots. Don't need to fill all 6, but we need more than 2.

A&M is going to be very good next year, but I don't want us to get carried away. They should be a contender for the division next year, but not sure if we win the conference.

A&M needs to fix its recruiting. They will be elite once they build their outdoor Track & Field stadium.
