the average OM fan is to stupid to understand that the University offered up the bare minimum in hopes that the NCAA would bite. If they offered the bare minimum then they surely wont do less.

any university in this same situation never shows their entire hand. They have already made plans for the sanctions being more significant and will be ecstatic if they accept what they originally proposed.

They are truly the dumbest fanbase in the SEC. It's not even close.

This is like the dude who drives drunk and kills another family of four........and his own family is hoping for probation because "he's a good husband and father".

I'm real curious if this same situation was at MSU, how many OM fans would feel the same way. That's when you know it's more "fandom" then reality.

Lol, what? Talk about talking out your arse. Geez

LSU has had more serious NCAA issues than Auburn in recent past. You'd have more issues if someone was turning you in prior to the 2000's.

Oh look balls and shaft in an ole miss thread. How does this guy find the time to talk about anything other than Tennessee football when there are so many impressive victories he could talk about since the 2007 season...?!

Wow I just realized Tennessee HAS NOT finished the season ranked higher than Ole Miss in the AP Poll since 2007. So if Ole Miss sucks so much Balls, (and I assume there's a shaft) doesn't that mean Tennessee gobbles down dicks? I mean when you base your thoughts, opinions, and arguments on actual results that actually happen. Weird.

There's the little matter of 44-20-1.

You just had a NOA with like 5 level 1 infractions,

Actually 8 level 1 infractions. 4 under Nutt, 4 under Freeze. We do think most of the level 1 infractions under Freeze are ticky-tack. There are no direct cash payments to players.

Ole Miss is in really good position because of what Baylor did. The NCAA doesn't have the authority to sanction Baylor. That doesn't mean they won't, but they aren't going to be able to give Baylor what they deserve. (Penn State) Basically, they're going to have a PR nightmare if they hit us as hard for 16k worth of amateurism violation as they hit Baylor for criminal conspiracy to cover up rape.

This all comes down to the Tunsil situation. We appear to be stonewalling. If they catch us in a lie, we'll be sent back to the stone-age. If not, I think we'll lose a couple more scholarships than we suggested.

Half of those 44 wins occurred before WW2 and the other half were won under Fulmer.

Does that 44-20-1 record have any impact on the current state of Ole Miss' and Tennessee's programs?

Does it change the fact that Tenner is .500 against fricking Vandy over the last 4 years?
