Playing in Death Valley is bad for LSU

Playing at night is actually good for Bama

Anything else?

The deciding factor will be LSU's ability to pass, as evidenced by LSU never beating bama when we can't pass (not counting last year or the year before.)

There's no cure for the offensive suckage of LSU... A bye week is gonna be counter productive... I always hated bye weeks for Alabama before the LSU game.. We always seemed to play slow out the gate..

Lsus only bet is a strong running performance... But that's also Bama's strength defensively. Maybe they'll perfect the pitch dive or something... Btw does that play ever work?

We beat you at home with our backup QB last year.

He's going to have 2 weeks to think about the gravity of Nov. 3rd. and what's on his shoulders.

Although there are quite a few short comings in Mett's game, being scared is not one of them. The kid has ice water in his veins, he just can't seem to use it when it matters. I think the bye does absolutely nothing for him. It does however do a lot for the o-line in terms of gelling and possibly getting a starter back.

Or so you hope - should have been how you finished your title

Worse LSU teams have beaten more talented Bama teams in DV. Fact

Are you confident that your QB will play well?

I guess LSU didn't beat the GOAT defense in BDS last year.

Last 2 seasons, we had a bye before the Bama game. I'll say it worked out well both times.
Last two years LSU had a better QB,OL,WR's,DB's, and most important a competitive swag.

IMO in seeing the way LSU has played this year has changed my thoughts on this but TM7 brought some kind of swag or mojo to this team that they don't have this year.

Good Luck on 11/3 because LSU's gonna need it.

I would have agreed with this through the AU game. Even though he was struggling, he still looked confident and unfazed by the road environment. However, he looks like he is pressing now, and it seems like that confidence may be shaken.

Hopefully, getting back to some basics and getting passing reps outside of game planning will help him.
