Here's what I got

Ole Miss- Denzel Nkemdiche suspended OM has a hard schedule with games against Bama, A&M, LSU and Auburn.
Donte Moncrief, Pierce Burton, and Barry Brunetti and gone two of Moncrief and Burton were major pieces on that team. Y'all went 8-5 (3-5) SEC last season and to jump to #20 that is a bit of a stretch. I know about the recruiting class Freeze pulled a few years ago but can he win with that talent? Also Robert Nkemdiche has had some personal issues I believe.

Bama- Now it is harder to defend this one . AJ, CJ and the Kouandjio rolled out of town they have some holes to fill as well. Derek Henry looks like the real deal but when will TJ fumbles strike? How long will it take to find the right QB for Kiffin and how will his offense work with Saban? The lost of Eddie Jackson and the departure of Vinnie Sunseri the secondary is an even bigger question mark.

Auburn beat bama last year why are they in front of them???

ETA: I hate preseason polls

At least we're not ranked as high as we were going into Snead's Jr. or Sr. (can't remember which one) year!

#4, Junior

Am I the only damn Rebel who actually enjoys being ranked in the preseason? Am I the only Rebel who has expectations?

Grow a sack, Ortho.

Are you serious or trolling? It's pretty basic logic that since y'all are starting out ranked lower than us it's easier for y'all to drop out of the top 25 with a loss.

For one game right now.

Moncrief is obvious, but I feel like you're reaching a little with the next two.

Yes, being related to Denzel.

I'm not big into preseason polls, but what I do know is that we are really starting to see some serious depth on defense and are bringing back a rather large amount of firepower on offense.

Losing DM hurts, no doubt. But we have some very talented kids at WR.
Burton was a big cog for us in Freeze's first 2 years and I will always be appreciative of him, but, just being honest, we will be replacing him with more talent.
And replacing BB in the backup role with either or both of Kincade/Buchanan is absolutely an upgrade. No question.

How do you honestly feel about LSU having to replace all that production at QB, WR, and RB? Fill me in in how the OL looks?

Bama at 2 and AU at 4 are both laughable. Neither of those teams will be a top 2 SEC team at the end of 2014 and they certainly won't be in the top 10.

Don't worry, LSU only got bored with y'all. We'll be back to whooping up on the PAC soon enough.

I think AU will have the best team in the league this year, but the toughest schedule along with florida.

Bama and their annual easiest schedule in the league are probably the favorite imo.

Ole Miss should be ranked higher than LSU considering we will have a win against them in 2014.
