Hell even August is still early for polls. Won't happen, but I wish they would wait till October to bring out the polls.

Well you're getting your wish because next year they don't release the polls that matter till halfway through the season.

They'll probably win it again before LSU does.

#tdecline

Team A ended its season winning 3 games including a bowl game.

Team B is on a 2 game losing streak and hired Lane Kiffin

Which one is on the decline?

Well, I'll give you a hint. It's not the one that has the best coach in the nation with 3 of the past 5 NC's.

Georgia preseason/postseason rankings
2013 - #5, NR (-)
2012 - #6, #5 (+)
2011 - #19, #19 (null)
2010 - #23, NR (-)
2009 - #13, NR (-)
2008 - #1, #13 (-)
2007 - #13, #2 (+)
2006 - #15, #23 (-)
2005 - #13, #10 (+)
2004 - #4, #7 (-)
2003 - #9, #7 (+)
2002 - #12, #2 (+)
2001 - NR, #22 (+)

In typical Georgia fashion, Mark Richt's Dawgs have exceeded preseason expectations six times, fallen short of preseason expectations six times, and met preseason expectations one time

Fail State.

I'm waiting for the "oh, we are just underrated" responses.

Preseason rankings make just as much sense as a coaches poll.

Which is of coarse, zero sense.

Team A has 1 national championship since Saban arrived at bama

Team B has 3

The decline isn't new in BR, you're all just accustomed to it at this point.

Absolutely but in three short pages we have LSU and tDecline, Bama overrated, UGA falling short of expectations, A&M gonna suck without JFF, USCe missed their shot and Ole Miss won't end ranked.

Very efficient.

Bert is fat, and Saban is scared. Offices need to be moved to New Orleans. I think everything has been covered now.

The rustled jimmies after South Carolina's home win streak goes down in week 1 will be glorious.

It'd work better for me if yall could just keep it close and blow it at the end so USCe still wins. That way they still kind of believe in themselves but the doubts begin creeping in their mind.

And then their world is shattered.
