There's always Omaha.

Don't know why. I prefer Nola over his LSU career to what Fulmer has done at Vanderbilt.

With that said both have had great careers in college. Just preferred Nola, especially his emotions on the mound.

Tough call for sure. Both amazing. Nola was about as automatic as it gets. Fulmer shutting down a tough Virginia team in a natty-deciding game for the ring might be the difference for me but I'm biased.

Yea I'm trying not to come off biased

The key to me is that when Nola took a loss, it wasn't on him.
Ex: Omaha vs UCLA, took a loss on an error by Bregman.

And like I said. His emotions on the mound are a complete 180 to what Fulmer is.

That's also something scary about this A&M team.. Just imagine them if their #1 and #2 pitchers didn't get hurt this year.. A guy like Long as you #3.

Allemand hit a home run with Birk hitting another the next at bat. Later Allemand hit another home run.

Swanson hit a home run to left.

Kent looked solid.

That's what we have been trying to say all along. But then again, injuries are a part of the game. Also, thank you LSU for not wanting our catcher, Michael Barash, he is the leader of the team, dugout and on the field.

Childress better get this team to the CWS and win a game or he will feel some more heat.

The whistler sits in my section at home games. It's rough to say the least.

*sigh*

Well, this sucks. At least we get to see the switch pitcher do cool things.

Not so much we didn't want him. I don't know too much about everything that went on.

At the time LSU had Ty Ross, Chris Chinea, and Tyler Moore on roster as catcher as well.

I think he saw the writing on the wall and decided to leave Baton Rouge. Then we also added Scivicque from JUCO I believe.

Moore had a season similar to Chinea this year. A lot of power, but C was a mess.

Chinea was highly rated at C, but I don't think he has the arm to play C. You've seen what he can do with his bat though.

Scivicque has been the most consistent at C. And you've seen what he's done with a bat this year too.

I'll try to keep it down.

Good game, Vandy. See either you or Bama Sat. I already told Bama I wanted to see them though.

Yeah it's rough luck losing both of them, but thems the breaks. I would like to have seen this team with them but it's baseball and there is no telling they could've been great or they could've been meh.

Where's that Tennessee fan Serraneux? I'd like to know if he still thinks the east is a lot tougher division in baseball than the west.
