I'm pretty sure Logan Taylor threw out a guy or 2 that game...so he's remembering correctly I believe.

True. Taylor as had a big throw out at home yesterday to preserve the lead in the 9th.

You def don't want to try to match A&Ms lineup with power. Power on power will always work in their favor.

You want a finesse guy pitching against them. If i had John Rocker as my closer I wouldn't even bring him in.

I think the player he threw out at 2B was Fraley.. That happens too often with Fraley trying to overextend singles. But Banks does have an arm.

I'm talking about the Saturday game. The 1st inning ended with Bregman being thrown out at home. 2nd inning ended with Chinea being thrown out at home.

Yeah, it was the game y'all hit the crap out of the ball all day, but seemingly right at us a lot of the time.

Definitely think the two thrown out at home was the difference in the game. You saw all the momentum go to A&M and LSU just couldn't rebound that game.

Was at all 3 games of that series. May not be at a better series again in my life. Was a lot of great baseball by both teams.

Exactly man fulmer might throw 95-97 but it has no movement at all. That on top of the fact that he can't throw breaking balls for strikes and has an average off speed doesn't help him out too much. It doesn't look like he's too hard to figure out and a good team like a&m has done that

21-2, 1.88 ERA for his career. I'm betting his stuff isn't as good today as it usually is. Or, just a good matchup for us for some reason.

You're seeing his worst outing of the season. He regularly gets all 3 of those over for strikes. Just a bad outing. You don't win triple crown in the SEC with just 1 pitch.

And on the same day he's playing the best hitting team in the country. What a coincidence!

I figured that and he's facing a solid team but at the same time you can't expect to blow by everyone. He's a great pitcher but good hitting teams like a&m or lsu should be able to figure him out. Not a lot of deception or movement.

Dude is very good. We were lucky to get him on an off day. Only allowed 4 homers all year until today?

Swanson is fun to watch to. So many great players in the SEC.

I still think Swanson was robbed of first team all SEC.

Swanson or Bregman it could have gone either way. Swanson leads in some categories over Bregman, and Bregman leads in some over Swanson.

Definitely could have been a time to have 2 All SEC SS's

I think Bregman is a slightly better fielder, while Swanson is a slightly better hitter. Bregman also has 30 stolen bases on the year now, 29 at the time of voting.

True. Still don't win the triple crown by not getting sliders and change ups over the plate all year. Just was one of the rare outings where he couldn't. A&M can definitely rake though.

Would have been interesting to see what Fulmer could have done vs LSU too. Or even Arkansas with this hot streak they are on hitting.

Fulmer doesn't need to blow everyone away when he's on, which has been most of the season. Dial up the Florida game from 2 weeks ago to understand how ridiculous his ceiling is.

im not doubting his ceiling just his performance against a team with hands like a&m or lsu. But it woulda been awesome to see the fulmer vs. Lange matchup
