UGA has a stout offense even with the injuries, but the D has some huge holes in it. Justin Worley threw for 200 + yards and Rajion Neal rushed for 150 last weekend. James Franklin will probably do more then that. Even with the injuries, I'll take UGA in a close one until MU proved they can pull the upset

Pretty much this. Bottom line Georgia is a top 10 team. Georgia is playing at home. Georgia got a big wake up call this past weekend. Is Missouri improved over last year? Of course. Is Georgia suffering from the injury bug? Yep. Those things might make for interesting talk leading up to the game but at the end of the day, Georgia is still a top 10 team playing at home with a fantastic QB.

Oh, and IF (I SAID IF) Mizzou finds a way to have a lead late in the 4th quarter, it better be a 2 score lead. Between the way that Murray has played late in games and the way the Mizzou D goes soft, Georgia will score to win the game if it's less than a touchdown lead.

Because it's taken until week 7 for you to finally play a real SEC team.

I do not recall having seen even one play of one Missouri football game this year.

I can honestly say I haven't seen one single snap. They played tomato cans the first 4 games, and I was gone all day Saturday when they played vanderbilt.

Their entire starting line could be 7 feet tall and headless and I'd have no idea.

Don't worry after this week's thrashing your yankee arse will be back to hoping for a good basketball season.

Game Prediction:

Uga: Cavalry smashing tank.
Mazoo: Blank firing private piles.

Mizzou is going win in a big way. They let Vandy save face Saturday - I'd be more worried that they won't let you save face at home.

Bookmark it - call my mom - I don't care. Mizzou makes their name Saturday.

Maybe that means there's no film for your team to watch. Just expect what you saw last year. Team's not playing any different.

what makes you so confident, is it just our injuries?

Because as bad as our defense is, theirs isn't very good either. We play night and day better at home than on the road, and have already beaten 2 teams at home this year ranked #6 at gametime.

The injuries suck, no doubt, but top to bottom we're still a better football team, and have been battle tested. We are likely 2 or 3 times better than anyone else mu has played thus far.

I have a sneaking suspicion that we're going to win going away, but will save an actual prediction for later in the week.

Tough one to call with all those guys out. This is a different UGA team now. I think Mizzou has a real shot.

This team reminds me a lot of Chase Daniel and the 2007 team.

Chase would score at will, get us the lead, and make the opposing offense very predictable.

This year
#15 in the country in rushing offense.
#32 in passing offense
#8 in scoring offense
#7 in total offense.

We are so much better with a healthy James Franklin and Coach Henson as OC. Henson is heads and shoulders over last year and Dave Yost.

Alright, my post came off a little more strong than it should have, but the sentiment is still there.

It's not that Georgia is playing bad - it's that the Mizzou I've seen so far this year is playing brilliantly offensively, and have been playing "B" level Defensively.

I think the team can easily overlook Mizzou, and get whipped. Now, if Georgia shows up expecting a fight - it'll be a damn good game. Just my 2 cents.

I really like the way the offense is playing, but those are a bit inflated because of who we've played. The most encouraging thing is the offense moved at will against the best team we've played so far.

Mizzou wins in a high scoring affair:

Mizzou 48 UGA 35

BONUS PREDICTION:

Frank the Tank makes the play that will start Heisman talk.

I'm hoping for a bit of a let down in intensity for UGA. In the first 6 weeks they've had Clemson, SC, LSU and UT. I'm hoping their thought process is ok, we got through the tough part of the schedule, now let's just stay healthy through the bye week before we play UF.
