Tubs is exactly right. So much money involved now that it's almost too tempting to cheat. Says the oversight is not there from the administrator position at many schools and feels that it's time for the NCAA to become more involved in overseeing compliance instead of letting schools try their best to prove they're not cheating.

I didn't really think you were a woman, I just didn't know any regular callers that are men.
