Day 2 for Arkansas, 4 takeaways from practice LINK

UK had their fan day/media day the last two camp days (pics via Jeff Drummond at Scout.com).



The Rant's favorite UK biggun', DT Matt Elam, has cut more weight coming in. He started at around 390, is around 370, and is looking to get down to 360 for start of the season.



A lot of media came out talking about true Freshman LB Jordan Jones (above with DC Eliot) and how good he's looked in practice. Could see him getting some reps this season.



UK has really added some height and depth at the WR position under Stoops for this season. That's Dorian Baker (2, 6'3"), Tavin Richardson (on the left, 6'3"), and Blake Bone (right, 6'5").



There's also been a lot of talk about freshman OL George Asafo-Adjei. He could also see some reps with the starters this season.

UK has yet to name a starter at QB due to the competition between Barker (left) and Towles (right). From all accounts Towles has improved and will likely take the spot, but Barker is progressing nicely and as long as he can keep his head out of his arse off the field he'll be the heir apparent.
