Weird to see Alabama with no RB's on either team or even in the honorable mentions. Add to that the fact that we are in the playoffs and that's just crazy talk.

Nick Saban should be coach of the year. Dan Mullen had the most experienced team of any SEC school coming back and he had Dak Prescott. Saban was dealing with youth all over his roster as well as a RB turned starting QB.
and more injuries than i can remember to significant players

List is shite, not even honorable mention.

@bmarcello: No Duke Williams on the AP All-SEC team. He's Auburn's leading receiver. Sammie Coates makes second team.

NTY doing work, welcome back Duke.

Myles Garrett is the best defensive talent in the league. He should be 1st team.

Probably 2010, if Stevan Ridley didn't make it.

Thing is a back usually gets fewer carries for a reason. And it's not usually because he's awesome, so ...

Dude... we have Les Miles as our coach. He does things happen and nobody understands why . LF was clearly our best RB. But Les does what does does. LF only led our team in caries in 6 or 7 games this year, only had over 20 carries 3 times, and only had 15 or more carries in 6 games. And thats with a team with the worst QB in the nation and ran the ball 80% of the time.

I would typically agree with your quote... but not when Les is the coach

Ridley was 1st team Coaches and 2nd team AP in 2010. Ingram was 2nd team on Coaches and 2nd team AP

So Chubb had better stats in those 2 games where he had 49 carries compared to LFs 15 carries

Look at if from this perspective, Chubb did more than Fournette to help his team win those games.

Nobody said anything about LF either

LSU fans seem to be sensitive when it comes to #7 vs. #27, so it’s implied. ‘

My comment isn’t a knock on you, Fournette or LSU, but to dumbass fans that log on the Rant.

Part of the reason for his excellent coaching job this year is because State was so experienced dumbass. The way a coach trains his players, recruits, redshirts, and structures his team gains his players experience. It's the only way State will compete until the next level of recruiting is reached. LOL at all the posters on here always claiming State and Mullen would never contend cause he just doesn't recruit on the level of the Bamas. Then when his team contends largely because of how he has built depth and experience through his coaching philosophy, a dumbass gump says it's not cuz of his coaching. It's cuz he has experienced players. You are First team SEC fan jackass!
