This isn't about title counts it's about flying a banner at your stadium that you were the best team in a year you were demonstrably not the best team.

What was Alabama's SEC record?...what was Auburn's? This isn't the 1st time a team that lost to another team in conference play, won the conference...get real.

So Michigan State and Texas should not claim those years? What about teams claiming titles when they didn't play in a bowl game? Do you have a guidebook or website we could check to see what titles you deem worthy?
