Bama went 7-6 in 2007
"Sixteen athletic teams at Alabama have been penalized for their involvement in improperly obtaining free textbooks for other students, with the football team ordered to vacate wins between the 2005 and 2007 seasons, the NCAA committee on infractions announced Thursday."

That's false. Even after the NCAA judgement.

And yet we have video record of the games in question actually happening. Those wins were witnessed live, by real people, in real places, 10 years ago. Here's just an example for the historical record:

2007 Alabama vs. Western Carolina (I was at that game, I still have the ticket!)
2007 Alabama vs. Vanderbilt (I watched this one on TV with my dad.)
2007 Alabama vs. Arkansas (This was the first Alabama game I ever watched in HD!)
2007 Alabama vs. Houston (I watched this game with my girlfriend!)
2007 Alabama vs. Ole Miss (I skipped our yearly family reunion to watch this game!)

I don't recognize the NCAA's decision to forfeit our wins from 1993 or vacate our wins from 2005-2007. We have 908 all-time victories as far as I'm concerned, just behind Michigan for the most all-time.

So do you consider the only unbeaten team in 1993 National Champions? That team is Auburn in case you didnt know.

Not RollTide87, but being unbeaten does not mean you are the national champs. By the guidelines that were in place at that time (AP and Coaches votes), AU was not voted NC's. Congrats on your perfect season.

You talking textbooks scandals? LOL Here are some facts Auburn fan ignore.
James Brooks was arrested in 1999 for failure to pay child support, owing over $110,000. When asked by the judge how he graduated from Auburn, Brooks said, “I didn’t have to go to class.” He graduated from Auburn and couldn't read. (Academic Fraud)
And look at who number 3 is on sports digest Hall of Shame. One hint it isn't Alabama. When it comes to cheating. Auburn has no room to talk. And you call Bama out for textbooks?

So then UF has won 11 SEC titles on the field? Can't have it both ways.

it should be noted that for the entirety of Nick Saban's career as a head coach in college football, he has not once ever had a losing season. Truly remarkable.
Agreed.

Also remarkable would be a coach who has never had a losing record at any time in his entire career, spanning 6 seasons as a college HC, 6 seasons as a college OC, and 14 seasons as a high school HC.
