True, but your coach would be fired the next year and there were not 30% of the Bammer fans then as there are now.

The band wagon exploded in 2009.

I can't imagine why you joined TigerDroppings. I find the team sites to be full of sunshine pumping idiots. Has the quality of posters dropped in your opinion as people say, or is that just usual bitching?

2 Things stay the same-- Florida recovering from an incompetent and starting to roll.

UT on a losing streak vs Florida (fun fact: it's the same losing streak!)

According to chicken, Bama fans showed up in mass numbers following the Saban hire in 2007. I originally registered then.

Never was much sunshine pumping. This was a straight up, brutally honest, and profane place.

Yes, but after that championship in 2009...the band wagon really took off

This is one of the crying snitches I discussed in the OP.

What OP is saying about UGA is that their fans get disappointed each season, but during offseason talk about how they'll win the east and the SEC.

Repeats annually.

And the most dominant back the SEC had seen since Bo was being introduced on a weekly basis in 05.

For Mizzou, it was beating the nubs on a beautiful fall afternoon. later to beat the HBC & USCe in the Independence Bowl. Brad Smith was the man.

Vince Young had texass rolling. How the mighty whorns have fallen.

Yeah, I get what he's saying. What I'm saying is 95% of UGA fans don't act that way, but for some reason (probably based on 08) everyone thinks we do.

This year, no one thought we had a shot. We had zero QB and no wide receiver depth.

Definitely true with Missouri. They're a Midwest Yankee school who don't belong.

10 years ago today....seen a few changes here.

SEC Rant did not exist. It was TigerDroppings.com only.

It was pretty much a bunch of LSU fans with a few of us fans of other SEC schools sprinkled in.

It was a tougher, but a better place back then. You could get cursed out in a heartbeat, but people just laughed and moved on. Now they run crying to Chicken with the RA button.

The board was more mature. The juveniles here now were still playing with their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle toys.

Bammer was sucking so there were not many of them around. Their band wagon exploded in 2009.

Fulmer had sat down on his arse and was riding his laurels and Tennessee would soon start the slide.

LSU was riding pretty high in Les Miles' first year.

UF was starting to roll under Urban.

Auburn had went undefeated the previous year (2004), but had taken it hard, deep, and wide from the BCS.

Next year was UGA's year...AGAIN.

A&M and Mizzou were not even a topic of conversation, much less members. Suggesting that they would become members would have been laughed off.
And that incredible LSU poster, BugaPainTrain was yet to be conceived

And a much better board, I might add.
