Any coach other than Saban and Meyer is a gamble. Jimbo would probably do well but who knows when he's not playing an ACC schedule
Fact is that Les is pretty damn good and LSU is really just pissed that they've lost to Bama 5 times in a row. They're mad now that #6 in inevitable when this offseason they convinced themselves this was finally the year.
Keep your good coach. Win 9 or 10 games every year and finish behind Bama with the rest of the league.
Firing coaches because they can't beat Saban isn't "demanding excellence". It's just stupid because nobody is better than the combination of Saban at Bama. Don't let him beat you on the field and then wreck your program by making you fire a good coach.

Nah, lashing out in respect of les Miles is a true sign of being upset. and you're dickriding Wisconsin.
