You guys are acting like these kids have no skills whatsoever. Jimmy Taylor with his size and defensive ability could get a look if a coach makes him go after rebounds. Also Kessens has size and skill set if he gets more efficient. Last year Randolph and Cooper had the ability but weren't coached up. Wish some good coaching I think youll see a difference. You don't have to be great to make a difference in the league. Just really good at something. For instance Ben Wallace was a terror on defense and rebounding and made a difference. You couldn't expect these kids to play hard for a coach that didn't want to be here.

Not saying it's impossible, but that would be one of the more epic single season turnarounds in SEC history I think

Not at all. We weren't too far off from making it this season. Had a bunch of close losses and some injuries near the end made the wheels fall off.

We dont have an NBA prospect on the roster

I think we have a few guys that can make the NBA with a little coaching. Hale, Kessens, and Taylor could all make it.

If Ingram recommits, we still have one scholarship available. No one has to get dismissed. We had the talent on the team to make the tournament this season.

I realize it's not a normal last name, but like you said it'll be his 5th season, you should be able to spell it remotely correct by now.

Yeah, same thing with Blake Sims. He had been around for 5 years yet people still spelled it "Simms". It's Retin Obasohan.

I think you'll find that our players look a lot better if they're coached better.

Those mid-major programs that make runs in the tournament every year very often have less talent that what has been on our roster for the past 6 years.

I agree with all of this. But the NBA is about the hardest of the professional leagues to make. Maybe they will surprise me, but I don't see a legit NBA prospect on Bama's team right now. That's not to say Bama doesn't have some good players.

What you guys call a NBA prospect exactly???? I mean the best college players don't make the best prospects all the time.

What does that really say about him though. I mean I know they liked Grant but what school is he going to go to that has a better coach than AJ.

Not every move is about playing for a better coach. Plus we really don't know just how good of a coach AJ is.

Orlando Coleman plays for Kennesaw State.

I'm assuming Ricky had graduated? Because he would be a senior next year if I'm not mistaken...

I would guess he's graduating in May and thus free to transfer since he's already burned his redshirt year.
