I took criminal law two years ago, but I believe any sort of penetration (anal, oral, vaginal) with a minor is rape and not carnal knowledge of a minor if the offender is of the age of majority.

I'm not advocating for Miles' handling of the situation. I'm just saying that he was never convicted for rape nor was he punished for such a crime. You're wrong that he was on probation for rape because he was never convicted for such a horrendous crime.
