Just started watching this show and really dig it. I am 5 episodes in and I can feel the tension building. Incredible cast and interesting family dynamics going on. Anyone else seen this show yet? Opinions?

I haven't yet, but it's on my list once I finish up with Sherlock. I've heard good things from friends who have watched (and enjoy) Peaky Blinders, House of Cards, etc.

I've watched Breaking Bad, Dexter, House of Cards, etc. So far so good with this one. All shows usually take time to get going and build up and this one is definitely doing so in a very enjoyable way. I can tell that something is up..

It takes place right up the road from me. Should I be concerned?

Same. I really enjoyed it. I'm a big fan of the cast. Definitely looking forward to Season 2. The family dynamics the OP talks about are definitely there.

An internally messed up family that everyone thinks is great. One bro is an f up, but mainly because they made him that way by shunning him. He comes back home and the drama begins.

Im midway through ep 2. I like the idea behind it and i love the cinematography. The actors are good but so far the story hasnt really come together. Im going to give it through this and at least 2 more eps. I could see it being good eventually.

Got through the first episode and wasn't all that impressed - moves really slow and they haven't given me a reason to be invested in any of the characters. It's just sort of "meh". Compared to other incredible Netflix shows like Orange is the New Black, Peaky Blinders, House of Cards, and Marco Polo, this one falls really short.

Just finished up Bosch on Prime. Binged Kimmy Schmidt over the weekend for a change of pace. Based on what y'all are saying, it sounds like Bloodline should be my next stop.

OITNB and Marco Polo are shite

Bloodline is a slow burn, but Danny is an awesome character. And Linda Cardellini

I enjoyed them both.

As others have said, Bloodline is a slower moving show and there are also flash back/flash forward scenes when I had no clue what was going on..

Bloodline is like a stick of dynamite. Slow burning fuse that increasingly leaves the viewer more and more tense the longer the season goes until it ignites in the final 3 episodes and everything becomes explosive.

The acting and cinematography are fantastic. I hope Ben Mendelsohn wins an Emmy because he is incredible himself. Chandler is great but I don't think it's an Emmy winning performance. Probably a nomination though.

It is my favorite Netflix series. HOC lost me in season two, hopefully Bloodline doesn't follow.
