Welfare, food stamps gone, unemployment benefits would change. You don't work, you don't eat.

Enact welfare reform/time limit and tax law reform.
On the welfare, I would have it that you volunteer in your area. Pick up trash, etc. And to get your welfare check must get a Birth Control shot, both men and women. And before you go its the govt control, if you want govt money that is the price you pay.
