Going skiing in Breckinridge in 2 weeks. This will be my 4th time going. But those times have been spread out over the years. If i went more consistently id try boarding but its more fun to be able to relearn skiing in a day and then be able to enjoy your time hitting up all the different trails.

Skiing. I tried boarding once, didn't take. The problem was/is that for the duration of a ski trip that I can take, learning to board would require the whole trip to become semi-competent. If I could go somewhere for two weeks I would give it a go but that's just not in the cards.

Boarding is the way to go. Way more fun

Skiing.
I'd like to learn to board, but I'm old and I get too worried about the first couple of days, when catching a toe edge on a shallow slope is pretty likely, and is pretty likely to catapult my face into the ground.
Besides, I've still got more skiing to learn. Maybe once I'm good at it ...

pro tips for snowboarding....
- lean forward when going downhill. Too many people lean back on the board and that fricks up their edges.
-speed is your friend. Believe it or not You get more control the faster you go. Not too fast but at higher speeds you can feel your edges more.

I have never snow boarded. Skiing is fun. Tubing down the slopes is the most boring shite ever.

I can do either depending on who's going.
I'll ski first, however.

I Board. Tried skiing, but value my knees and ankles too much to try it anymore. Never could get the pizza thing down.

Whichever you learned first.
For me it's skiing.

Last year two families went together. My friend, decided to do snow boarding to be the cool dad. It took six months for his back to feel right again.
This year...he skied.
