This means nothing in the grand scheme of things probably.. but I think we just extended his contract through 2019.

It's like we all forget Tanner's struggles after the 02-04 CWS runs that we had.

05: Regional (@GT)
06: Super (@UVA for Regional & @UGA for Supers)
07: Super (hosted Regional & @UNC for Super)
08: Regional (@NCST)
09: Regional (@ECU)

Plus who honestly right now is on the market regardless? I can't think of any names atm.

ETA: Actually guess you could give Monte Lee a call.

Or that we forget that SC always has troubles @ Clemson, even during this great run against them.

In the famous words of Aaron Rodgers. Relax.

I was pretty drunk after Friday's game. I was just joking about Chad Holbrook. It was what I was hearing on the radio after the game - people were actually saying it. So when I got home I was thinking about buying the domain before some idiot could buy it and actually start a web site.

Pretty drunk tonight too - but we left Greenville in the 5th inning to give us time to get to the CLA for the MSU game.

Tomorrow's game at Carolina Stadium is sold out btw. We do need to win the series. The taterheads are total assholes when they win one game ... if they were to win the series they would be insufferable.

This

Last night on Facebook they were going full retard, almost as bad after they snapped their 5 year losing streak in football. Tonight there's nothing out of them. I guess we have become their Super Bowl/World Series.....what a joke they are.

Win today and Friday night will be forgotten. And I am with you... we have become their biggest game across the board in all sports.

I know you are joking but imo, holbrook is gonna run this program into the dirt, and Tanner is going to let him.

I've got some concerns based upon what I am seeing out there - I do. All three games this weekend and Monday - there is something missing. I don't know if we've become complacent or what - but there is some energy missing, and maturity.

I don't think Chad will run the program into the ground and neither do I believe Tanner will allow it ... but I do believe we may be in for a lull here if we're not careful. But Ray is not going to let his baby die a slow death ... while, at the same time, he is definitely going to be very patient with Chad and I suspect we'll soon be reminded, by Ray, that even he did not go to Omaha every year or beat Clemson every year.

Just not a believer in holbrook at all as a head coach. Seems to me we have gotten worse every year that he has been the head man. His teams seem to play soft and sloppy, which is fine with whores, but not a compliment of a baseball team.

I am amazed tanner gave him an extension last year after crapping out at home in the tourney. Have we ever done that at the new ballpark?

Bingo. Carolina Stadium was the most difficult place for an opposing team to get a win during the first few years it was open. Losing at home last year to Maryland, and then letting Clemtech win just the other day is not a positive trend for Chad.

Definitely need to keep an eye on Holbrook, and a very short leash.

Welcome to the clubhouse!

We have light snacks on the counter but the booze is running low. We are down to malibu rum and seagrams, someone needs to make a refueling run.

It's starting to get bad. Word is we're starting to lose a couple of possible recruits ... or they are no longer interested.

Alumni raising hell at non-associated events. I was at one, over on the river, a week or so ago that was totally non-related and a lot of talk there was about Holbrook and the program faltering. Pastides was there ... not sure if he noted how much of the talk was sports related among the 150-200 guests in attendance.

I've listened to a little sports radio recently on 107.5 The Game and it has been the hot topic of discussion along with the Lady Gamecocks. But I'd say 99% of the callers who want to talk about baseball are clearly pissed at Holbrook right now.

As of today the domain is still available ... but I suspect it will not be for much longer:
