I'm not sure of why there is a melt. He was an Arizona commit, then Ole Miss. Sure he plays at a LA school, he's lived here almost 2 whole years, lol
He chose to use his position to bankroll his brother who otherwise, wouldn't sniff the position on his own merits.
LSU said no thanks to your scheme.....next.
I HATE losing LA talent, but he is hardly an LSU fan like kids who grew up here.
But if you think your university is in a better position because of this move, I find that sad but telling of a school willing to take that deal just for a kid who "may" play there one day.
LSU is fine with the other type of #1 ranked qb in the same class. He's the son of a military father and would NEVER do what deal Patterson just bent y'all over with.
