Do you like that kind of genre? If so, you'll probably enjoy it.

I'm not really a politics/white house kinda guy, but I watched the whole thing in about a week. It's a pretty easy watch since it's only 2 seasons. It takes a liiiitle bit to get going as you get familiar with the characters, but I would definitely say it's entertaining.

I just started it. Finished season 1 yesterday. The genre doesn't particularly appeal to me but I'm glad I started it. Kevin Spacey's character is a boss and you get to see Kate Mara naked.

My reason for starting however was I just got a 4k definition TV and season 2 was shot in uhd. The picture is nuts.

It's obviously a fictitious show but it does make you wonder about how much goes on behind the scenes in Washington and how it would be easy for one man to have so much of an impact while flying under the radar. Worth the watch imo.

You have to embrace the crazy and be okay with there being zero redeeming major characters. I liked it, Kevin Spacey is incredible. One of tGOAT opening credit scenes too IMO

Good show but not great. Definitely no a family show but most aren't. If you like ruthless politics and hot women, you should enjoy it.

One of my favorite shows on right now. Can't wait until the 27th. And for as good as Kevin Spacey is in it, Robin Wright (Claire) is no slouch either.

Amazing. Catch up on the first two seasons before the third season drops at the end of the month.

I start home study for a new job on March 4th. I plan to binge the frick our of season three so I can finish it before I have to start.

If you like it, the original british miniseries is worth a watch also. It's much shorter but I'm interested to see if it follows the same basic storyline.

I'm not as positive as most about the show. The first season was pretty awesome. The second season wasnt as impressive. There was more on the line, but it was the same formula of Frank tells someone a lie, person believes him even though Frank is not trustworthy at all, and Frank wins.

It's still worth your time though and an easy binge.

I have a "relative" by marriage in Congress, a 20+ yr veteran, and he's commented at family gatherings that a lot of what is protrayed is accurate. Not so much as to this or that politician being THAT dumb, but it's a " cuthroat & everyone for himself" type of mentality according to him. He said that nothing gets done unless some sort of deal is cut, i.e. both/all individuals get something out of it, either politically or materialistically.

Watched the first 2 episodes last night...definitely has me intrigued.

As for the realistic portion...So far it seems pretty accurate. Politics are all about give and take. Some of it is obviously for TV, but that makes it interesting.

Hope it continues this well into future episodes
