It's great for cardiovascular health, but as for keeping in shape, nothing gave me better results than lifting weights. I've invested time and tried both. There was no comparison for me. Gained muscle and lost fat with lifting weight and eating right only, without cardio.

Spent an hour on shoulders. Focused on my anterior deltoids. Shoulder pressing 60 lb dumbells 8 times for a set was the highlight of my workout.

Played 2v2 basketball early this morning for some cardio. Only run twice a week right now so I can gain some decent weight.

Today was bball day for me as well. Played 5 on 5 for about three hours. Good times. I'm sore as hell tho

Sprints in my local planet fitness. It's tough because I don't like treadmills(don't trust them), therefore I like to run back and forth in the gym as fast as I can and when it's busy, people have a tougher time getting out of my way.
