How many gays do you know?

And when I say gay I don't mean that one butch at work. I'm talking about people that you have spent time with outside of work.
I know 3. A kid from church growing up. Another guy that was the leader singer in a church band in college, and another guy who I met through friends.
I could definitely see one of them flipping before they flipped. The other two were more shocking, but there were signs.

Is flipping the church term for coming out of the closet? Or do you really think its like a light switch.

Right now, 3. I've known several more but don't keep in touch with them anymore.
2 I knew before they came out, and neither was a surprise. The other I met after he came out.

I think they rejected part of what their religion teaches and decided to sit on a penis.

I don't know any guys who are gay. It's not a common thing to see around here.
I do know many lesbians though..Greenwood is full of lesbians for some reason
Only a couple are full blown lesbian...most are bisexual.

I know four that I regularly associate with apart from work obligations, but only one is someone who you would meet and instantly think "Yeah, that dude is gay". Two of them are actually episcopalian.
If we're talking about people I associate with just through school or work, it's 15-20.

You know... I never really thought about it until I read your comment but you're right.
I know several girls from there that have experimented.

Off the top of my head, 7. 5 of which are men. Only one of the women and one of men are noticeably gay.

I have no issue with (most) gay men, but I find a lot of lesbians insufferable. Most seem to have a butch chip on their shoulder and are the opposite of chill.

fricking truth. Gay dudes that I've met haven't even brought it up or made a big deal about it. Lesbians though go on and on about it for whatever reason.

Of the two I do know, one has a really strong, masculine personality but she was one of the best assistant principals I've worked with because she didn't take any shite and worked her arse off. The other is just a pretty stereotypical female.

I've always gotten along better with masculine lesbians than with the lipstick brand. One of my best friends is a big Harley-riding butch who could hold her own against most men. She is fit. She's got a really sweet personality but I wouldn't want to see her angry.
