Additionally, Bielema will now be eligible for athletic and academic achievement incentives totaling up to $1 million per year.

It's pretty amazing that a 2-14 conference record in 2015 gets you a raise to the same record breaking salary Saban made in 2007.

Finished in top 5 nationally.
Pulling in top 5 or top 10 recruiting classes every year.
3-0 in bowl games
won 28 games in 3 years even though we were expected to suck.
And he sure as hell isn't 2-14 in conference play.
