You assume an awful lot sometimes Dale.

I wish we would stop fishing on our own board sometimes...

No, there are threads right now on the boards that have more active posters who discuss basketball saying as much as Anderson isn't a good coach, has the program mired in mediocrity, etc.

There was a newspaper article the other day that was nothing more than a hit piece trying to say Anderson = Houston Nutt.

Talk radio is unbearable when the topic is brought up, usually after losses, always with misleading and inaccurate data at best provided to incite the callers.

I'm having some vodka/soda right now Dale. I think you could use some. I'd share if I could.

That might be too girly for you, but the end result is the same.

I'm happy with this win and the one before it. Mizzou and Bama both played solid games against and while we made mistakes we managed to overcome them. We still have a ton of trouble closing out games and I fear what that is going to do to my blood pressure.

We are a pretty average team, with two legit players, who will be knocked out in the first round of the tourney. Not to mention, we've been very lucky lately too.

I love our Hogs but this team isn't it, yet, hopefully..

Yep. My thoughts exactly.

A win is a win but there are games like this one and bama that I feel we should be in full control.

The flip side is we could be losing the close ones, so I will take it and be happy.

If a 74% free throw shooter does his job this is a totally different thread

This game should have never been the possibility of that happening, but when you shoot 61% from the line you allow teams to stay in the game, especially on the road.

this same statement could be made concerning Ole Miss, and Bammy... other than FT shooting, it is something else.

I love the win, and I see the improvements for sure. I just yearn for blowouts, the ability for non squeakers if you will. We are so close to also having lost two-three more ..

Happy for the wins, wish they were done in a more convincing fashion. A glass half full/empty sort of guy I guess

So is Kentucky.

We're due for a blowout W soon though. Too many guys have disappeared this month, gotta think we have some games where everything comes together soon.

Jacori is really struggling with his shot, where as early in the season he was killing zone D's with his ft line jumper. Everybody goes thru slumps, though. I'm sure he'll get on another nice shooting streak which will really help.

You guys probably remember how high I was on Moses last season, but I actually think he's regressing. His defense isn't as sharp and he's all kinds of out-of-sync offensively. Really wish he'd find his BB IQ again. He's got so much talent (great feet) that I think he could be a pivotal piece on a tournament team. Dude just needs to find his game again.

I think everyone was, and shoulda been, but yeah. Everyone on call in shows and people i know always gripe about his mins, but its like they dont see what he does with the mins he has. If he played well, hed be out there more.

And if williams and bell are gonna slump, better now than feb/mar, but they gotta pick it up. Maybe Babb will start shooting soon.

Definitely.. Babb is a good looking player. He seems to do everything well other than shoot.

Good teams fine ways to win even when they play poorly, especially on the road. I'll take it.

I know there are still a lot of games left but I think Kingsley's development is crucial. Not sure if he has a nagging injury or something but he seems to have no confidence.
