high degree of difficultly on a lot of those shots by JJ too. Amazing performance that saved us from a really bad resume loss. We got next to nothing from Nemi, Mann and Thornton.

Hope everyone bounces back thursday and this serves as a wake up call. Glad we survived!

We've now got four road wins. May not sound like much but I'd guess we've probably averaged about three a year for the past decade.

@Chattanooga
@Kansas State
@Vandy
@MSU

Not murderer's row but I'll take it. Six road games and six home games left. I say we get three more road wins.

You're right Beaumont, road wins are huge regardless. That is the sign of a good team and an experienced team. It is huge factor in RPI as well. Looks good on a resume.

One last thought. If we hadn't blown those late leads against Arkansas and LSU we'd be on a 12 game winning streak now. It's a fool's errand to play the "if' and buts" game but just thought that was interesting.

For some reason, that LSU loss - on the road - up by 8 or so in the 2nd overtime - well, that one stays with me.

That win would have been all kinds of epic.

Still, we are now 4-2 in conference, so ...

Or maybe we would've been cocky and lost the last two.....easy to play the "what if" game and get the result you'd want.

Either way, this team has exceeded all expectations to this point and are playing as a team. Fox has these guys believing and that's awesome.

Win the next 2/3 and we are sitting pretty.

It's better to lose early on than late

We will be 20 or 21 RPI Monday. That is HUGE. IIRC last year, we had a good record (20-14), but our RPI was 150+

It wasn't that bad. I think it was in the 60s or 70:
