Stephen Rivers was tall and the younger brother of Philip Rivers. Thus, he was highly ranked (#19 QB in the country). There is absolutely no way he was even close to that.

He went to my old HS, and I saw maybe 3-4 games the two years he started at Athens. He looked awful. He has the same wonky side-throw as Philip, without the accuracy or power. He liked to scramble even though he ran like a wounded giraffe. And his wife is one of the dumbest people I know, at least the times I remember seeing her at her brother's place.
