Because if I was 6 inches taller I would have been a super badass John Lynch type Safety.

Coming out of Hoover HS I would have had the exposure to gain the AU offer I would have taken in a heartbeat and the proper coaching to develop into an elite Safety prospect for Auburn.

I would have been a 5th year senior for 2013. With that experience combined with my skills and white-boy football smarts and savvy I would have nullified the two big plays Rashad Greene made on the first two plays of that terrible last drive. Also I would have certainly never allowed the 50 yard killer by trying to tackle Chris Davis instead of Greene.

The blame for this also lies partially with my father for marrying my mother who comes a family of short hairy Arabs instead of one of the many rich Samford girls he ran around with when he first moved to Birmingham, or better yet that sexy black cheerleader/ pre-med student he got set up with when he was at Northern Iowa. But how could he have known so long ago the impact his son could have had on the 2013 Auburn Tigers national championship hopes?

This has been killing me inside for the last year and weighing especially heavy on me with this years NCG coming up tomorrow. Now that you all know my terrible secret I can only hope you all won't hold a grudge against me and can even find it in your hearts to forgive and not hate me. But for now I hold my head in shame :(

I saw you play. You weren't bad for a short, slow, semi-white kid with no eye-hand coordination. I really think, if given the opportunity, you could have been the Jake Holland of safeties.

No, it's my fault, I watched the game at a different place than I should have.

Didn't you read? I was John Lynch-esque. And I doubt you saw me play because I quit 9th grade due to my size and to focus on wrestling.

But when I did play I balled hard for Simmons Middle. I was quick as a puma in coverage and due to my height I was more akin to a white Bob Sanders. A heat seeking missile that threw his whole body into players to hit the snot out of them.

But if I would have been taller and continued to play and develop you better believe I wouldn't have let AU lose the BCSNCG game during my senior season

ETA: the only thing I'm comparable with Jake Holland about is our taste in women. Him being from Pelham and me from Hoover we are Eskimo brothers a couple times over

Coach Erwin? No idea who he married.

Neither my 7th or 8th grade HCs are there anymore I don't think but Coach Briz who is the 8th grade coach now coached me in wrestling in 8th grade. If I remember correctly it was his first year at Simmons and he was at Berry before

Briz is a good dude. But if he was a good coach he would have convinced me to go through with the HGH therapy in middle school. I wouldn't have reached my full John Lynch type potential but could have been tall enough to still play safety at a college level and save the our national championship

Relax. Entire BCSNCG game loss is on Cody Parkey.

1. Dude failed to kick ANY kick offs into the end zone. result is one KO RTFTD. If he kicks it as usual thru the end zone that doesnt happen. Auburn wins.

2. Makes field goals. Just making one and we win.

frick CP. Love him for the Eagles. But he fugged up in the NC game.
