PAC 12: 6-2 (50% of their teams won bowls)
SEC: 7-5 (50% of their teams won bowls)

That's it

Big Ten: 5-5 (36% of their teams won bowls)
ACC: 3-6 (21% of their teams won bowls)
Big 12: 2-5 (20% of their teams won bowls)

That's what happens when you're under the microscope. People overlook everything they can to fit an argument

as in PAC 12 had six teams win ....

as in SEC 14 had seven teams win ...

In the grand scheme of things the SEC did not do that badly, however the bar has been set very high for the SEC and it was not even close to being cleared.

The fact there were some very ugly losses in the mix also hurts.

It's a shame there were no PAC 12/SEC matchups.

SEC didn't have a single team lose to a mid-major.

Pitt (ACC), Illinois (B1G) and Arizona (PAC) did.

What was the SEC's best win this year. Has to be Louisville or Minnesota, I'd think.
