Why do West fans take pride in the fact that Bama owns them?

Bama making the playoff doesn't make anyone else from the West any better when they're losing to Wisconsin and Notre Dame

I don't care what they do. I could care less about conference pride and think all this false outrage over an SEC team losing is ridiculous. I hope you all lose your games unless I dislike the opponent.

Who does Bama own? They haven't even been to back to back title games in the last 6 years. Bama, Auburn, LSU, Bama, Auburn, Bama..... but yeah...they own the west. Guarantee Mizzou wouldn't have even sniffed this division crown the last two years.

Your premise is false. I am a fan of an SEC West team. I will take no pride if bama wins. In fact, all that will do is add on to a shitty day.

Granted...they've won 4 in a row. But those last two in Baton Rouge certainly weren't easy and could have gone either way. But your point was about owning the West..and no they haven't.

What's good for the goose is great for the gander. If you don't cheer for your division/conference over an outsider you are, I'll put it mildly, a bitter patsy that ought to take a double check between their legs.

As much as I hate to agree with a barner on this I do. I respect auburn university but I do not like them. If every other SEC team loses their bowl game I could care less as long as Alabama takes care of business.
